About Me….

Hello!

I’m Barbara Kerr.

I’m a Community Engagement Consultant, Facilitator and Coach, with a particular focus on supporting communities and individuals to take power and make change happen.

My Background

I have years of experience working in the arts and culture sector with a focus on community and heritage projects. This has given me a firm understanding of the challenges faced by Purpose Led and For Impact organisations – commonly known as third sector.

I also have several years experience in engaging with community stakeholders to plan, design and deliver active travel projects of all kinds.

This dual experience means I am uniquely placed to bring together communities and developers in projects to make changes to the public realm.

I strongly believe that people make communities, and that vibrant communities make everyone’s lives better – socially, environmentally and economically.
